Our chefs cook an honest meal from 100 % natural ingredients from scratch, which we then freeze-dry using our unique Vacuum-Dried/Tasty method. Thanks to it, the meal keeps its natural taste, aroma and nutritional values. On top of that, we cut its weight by as much as 80 % of the weight of the final portion. All you then need to do with a Lightweight Adventure Menu is add hot water. After rehydration you will not tell the difference and you will enjoy the meal just as if it had been freshly cooked.

About the meal

Every cowboy simply has to love this one! A Texan classic in its most honest form. No substitutes, no rice, just 100 % Chilli con Carne made from coarsely minced beef and large red beans in a thick sauce of homemade beef stock, onion and chopped tomatoes. Yee-haw!

Ingredients

Sterilised beans (25 %) (red beans 60 %, water, salt, sugar), minced beef (20 %), chopped tomatoes (15 %) (tomatoes, tomato juice, citric acid), beef stock (15 %), onion, bell pepper, sterilised sweetcorn (sweetcorn, water, salt), rapeseed oil, chilli, garlic, ground cumin, sweet paprika.
