HORIZONTAL MEDICAL POUCH MK II®

Our MED POUCH HORIZONTAL MK II is the final result of user feedback. It is slightly larger than the original version with a partially elastic exterior pocket to fit even more medical equipment, yet remains very flat. It fits on the rear of our modular MOSQUITO belt pouch. The pouch is equipped with easy dual-access to an insert that has internal space designed for storing basic first aid items.
