The powerful tactical torch Fenix TK25 Red offers top-class light output of up to 1000 ANSI lumens of white light and additionally two red LEDs with output of up to 310 lumens and a beam distance of 200 metres. A very solid and water-repellent design and dual-layer body construction makes this tactical torch suitable for harsh outdoor conditions, for professionals, armed forces and hunting.

The Fenix TK25 Red torch uses a dual tactical switch, which allows faster and more reliable operation in emergency situations. You can, for example, easily turn it on directly into strobe mode. The torch is powered by digitally controlled constant current to ensure constant light output even as battery voltage drops (during gradual discharge). The Fenix TK25 Red has five white light modes with runtime of up to 110 hours and three red light modes. Switching between white and red light modes is very simple – just rotate the torch head by 90°.

However, due to magnetic sensors in the torch head, it cannot be used with a magnetic weapon mount, as this interferes with its correct operation.

All torch parameters (light output, battery runtime, waterproofness, beam distance and impact resistance) are measured in accordance with the ANSI/NEMA FL 1-2009 standard.

Specifications for Fenix TK25 RED LED torch:

• Two powerful white Cree XP-G2 S3 LEDs with a lifespan of 50,000 hours and two red Cree XP-E2 LEDs are used.

Operation

• To turn on, press the larger button located at the end of the torch; for momentary activation, press the button lightly.
• By pressing the side mode switch button, you can switch between power modes at any time during operation.
• To switch to strobe mode while the torch is on, hold the mode switch button for approximately 1 second.
• To turn on the torch directly in strobe mode, press and hold the mode switch button.
• Switching between white and red light modes is done by rotating the torch head by 90°.
• Between red modes, you can switch again using the second smaller button.
• Intelligent overheat protection – if the torch temperature rises above 65°C, it will automatically begin to reduce power in gradual steps of 5% every 30 seconds until its temperature stabilises. As soon as the torch temperature drops below 65°C, the power will automatically increase back to the original level. Operation at the highest power mode is therefore not limited by time, but only by temperature.
• Low battery warning – the torch will gradually automatically switch to the lowest mode and flash 3 times every five minutes.
• Warning
  • Use only quality 3V CR123A batteries and 18650 Li-ion batteries to prevent torch damage, for example from battery leakage.
  • Insert batteries with the positive pole facing the torch head
  • If the protective rubber O-rings appear damaged after prolonged use, replace them.
  • The O-rings must also be lubricated to prevent rubber erosion.
  • By following these rules, the torch will be properly protected against water.
  • If the torch is flashing, not switching to higher power modes or not turning on, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
    • Batteries are almost dead – replace them.
    • Contacts inside the torch are dirty – clean them with a cotton bud soaked in alcohol.
    • The head, body or rear of the torch is loose – tighten it.
