Die Carbon Steel Frypan ist aus massivem Carbonstahl mit einer ultra-haltbaren Nitrid-Beschichtung hergestellt. Durch ihr höheres Gewicht eignet sich die Frypan besonders für Autoreisen oder Camping. Die strapazierfähige Nitridoberfläche schützt die Pfanne vor Kratzern und erleichtert dank ihrer Antihafteigenschaften sowohl das Kochen als auch das anschließende Abwaschen erheblich.
