Axe designed for simple chopping, shot-blasted and lacquered. A heavier axe ideal for splitting thick wood. The handle is straight and made from hickory.

The heads of hand-forged axes and hatchets by Hultafors may actually vary slightly in appearance from those shown in the gallery, which is inherent to this processing technique.
