The entry model of the Husky Outdoor tent range. Husky Bizam 2 Plus is built around lightness and compactness — it weighs only 2.9 kg with its accessories and packs down to 45 × 13 cm. This free-standing double-wall tent with an internal durawrap frame sleeps two adults on camping trips, weekends away, cycle tours and lighter hikes.
Light and compact
A weight of 2.9 kg and a packed size of 45 × 13 cm are among the best in this price class — you can pack this tent onto a bike without a second thought. The 7.9 and 8.5 mm durawrap poles are flexible and, unlike fibreglass, do not splinter into sharp ends that could damage the fabric if they break. A steel peg set anchors the tent reliably, and a repair kit is included.
Taped seams and a groundsheet with a 6,000 mm water column
The 185T polyester flysheet has a polyurethane coating with a 3,000 mm H₂O water column and taped seams. The breathable 190T nylon inner tent with mosquito mesh keeps air moving, and the 190T polyester groundsheet with a PU coating has a 6,000 mm H₂O water column — so damp from the ground will not get through.
