Three-person trekking tent with dome geometry in premium Plus specification – combines comfortable interior with durability for demanding hiking conditions. Husky Bizon 3 Plus is a premium version with enhanced specifications designed for multi-day treks, mountain tours and group expeditions in more challenging conditions.
Construction and geometry
Free-standing double-layer tent with polyamide poles, which ensure stability even in wind. Outer flysheet + inner tent core – separate construction allows better air circulation and minimises condensation inside. Spacious vestibule for storing rucksacks and cooking in bad weather.
Waterproofing and materials
Flysheet made of polyester with PU coating, waterproofing 5000 mm water column, taped seams. Floor made of sturdy nylon fabric with waterproofing 10000 mm. Plus version features more durable materials and higher floor waterproofing 10,000 mm. Dome geometry provides greater central headroom than classic ridge tents – more comfortable sitting, dressing and adjusting kit inside.

Benefits and drawbacks of Husky Bizon 3 Plus
✓ Benefits: greater internal headroom in the centre of the tent (more comfortable sitting), more durable Plus materials, high floor waterproofing 10,000 mm, free-standing construction, spacious vestibule, space for three people or two with kit.
✗ Drawbacks: dome geometry is slightly less aerodynamic (worse in very strong wind), higher price compared to Classic version, slightly higher weight.
Comparison with related models
Husky Bizon 3 Classic has the same geometry but cheaper materials. Husky Bird 3 Plus has more aerodynamic geometry – better in wind, but lower central headroom. Husky Beast 3 is an extreme winter version. Bizon 3 Plus is the best compromise between interior comfort and durability for summer to autumn treks.
