For repairing gear, packing and reinforcing in the field, you need a tape that lasts longer than ordinary adhesive tape. The original German Army (Bundeswehr) MFH BW fabric tape is made to technical standard TL 7510-0023. It has high tensile strength both crosswise and lengthwise and withstands temperatures up to 90 °C.
Military standard TL 7510-0023
The tape combines LDPE with a special fabric and natural rubber adhesive. A tensile strength of 86.3 N/cm and adhesion to steel of 4.3 N/cm make it a reliable helper for repairs.
