• The Patizon G 800 sleeping bag is filled with premium European hypoallergenic goose down with a fill power of 850 cuin and IDFL and RDS certifications.
• Both inside and outside the sleeping bag we use ultralight and perfectly breathable Pertex™ Quantum™ fabric (100% nylon) with water-repellent DWR treatment. The fabric weight is 32 g/m2^.
• The long-term effectiveness of the DWR treatment is 80% after 20 wash cycles.
• Ergonomically shaped footbox for comfort and warmth of your feet.
• Construction using a straight zip for easier handling, lower weight and even better thermal insulation properties of the sleeping bag. Under the full zip there is an insulation baffle filled with down, which effectively eliminates heat loss.
• Semi-automatic YKK zip with two sliders ending at the ankles has a thickness of 3 mm instead of the traditional 6 mm to reduce heat loss and lower overall weight.
• Ingenious collar construction prevents heat loss. A unique "shell"-shaped collar that tightens around the shoulders without the need for fastening with a press stud or hook-and-loop fastener, simply zip up and pull the drawcord.
• Ultralight compression sleeve Pertex™ Quantum™ with DWR treatment reduces the volume of the sleeping bag up to 13 times, supplied with the sleeping bag.
• Supplied with the sleeping bag is astorage bag made of brushed polyester.
• Internal pocket measuring 20 x 20 cm serves as a shelter for items you need to keep at hand or protected from the cold (batteries, medicines, etc.).
• Self-locking internal collar and one-handed face opening
• Ergonomically shaped hood allows head movement when lying down and sitting up
• The collar around the anatomically shaped hood is filled with premium synthetic insulation Climashield, which reduces heat loss, better resists exhaled moisture and prevents chafing from the drawcord.
• Attachment loops for hanging the sleeping bag (for example when drying or storing)
• Mummy-shaped sleeping bag follows the contours of the body, with the lower section tapered precisely so that your feet remain accessible even when the zip is closed (for example to remove socks).

Anatomically shaped hood

A properly cut and shaped hood is the alpha and omega of thermal comfort. We lose a relatively large amount of heat through the surface of the head, which is why the hood is such an important element of a sleeping bag. The hood drawcord is of course single-handed, but it is also positioned at "11 o'clock" so that access to it from the sleeping bag is as comfortable as possible.

Patizon sleeping bags have an anatomical cut. This means they follow the contours of the body to be as effective as possible at retaining heat. However, we have adjusted the shape slightly - for example, the sleeping bag is wide enough in the shoulder area so that you can remove wet socks and put on dry ones while you are closed in the sleeping bag. The foot area is then, of course, solved with a specific number and placement of chambers to maximise insulation of feet that are prone to cold.

Insulation collars and baffles. Where they are needed.

The entire main zip is of course lined with an insulation baffle with down filling so that precious heat does not escape through it. Thanks to the straight zip construction, all insulation is more effective and the zip is easier to use. Around the shoulders there is then another insulation baffle, a drawcord, designed so that no hook-and-loop fasteners or press studs are needed.

A clever zip that does what you need.

Patizon sleeping bags use top-quality Japanese YKK zips. Moreover, they use intelligent semi-automatic sliders with two positions - STOP and GO. In the STOP position (pulling downwards) the zip is locked in place and does not open without being secured with a button or hook-and-loop fastener. In the GO position (slider up) the zip can be opened simply by pulling it to the side. Quick and efficient. The zip is of course equipped with a comfortable pull tab for reliable and comfortable fastening.

Clever details. And something extra.

An internal zip pocket is a necessity. You simply have to keep a camera battery or smartphone in the warmth. Not to mention the attachment loops for hanging the sleeping bag, those are also a standard feature. But what's more, we will also give you a spacious storage pouch so that it is stored as it should be and lasts as long as possible. And then of course you get a compression bag. Light, yet durable. It can compress an already small sleeping bag to an absolute minimum.
