EtherLightXT Extreme air sleeping mat with 10 cm thickness and an R value of more than 6 redefines comfort for lightweight sleeping on winter adventures across the globe. Sea to Summit Air Sprung Cells are the reason you'll sleep better on this air sleeping mat. Each Air Sprung Cell deforms independently and allows the mat to conform to the shape of your body. This provides support and comfort through more even pressure distribution across the entire mat surface. In the case of the extra thick (XT) EtherLight construction, many TPU loops are used to connect the top and bottom fabric layers with the Air Sprung Cell dot-weld pattern. These loops allow the top and bottom layers to be positioned further apart, which when inflated creates larger air pockets – ideal for side sleepers. This construction also requires less fabric overall, which means excellent stability and comfort at a lower weight. Double-density THERMOLITE® insulation layers fill the Air Sprung Cells and together prevent convective heat transfer and increase warmth whilst remaining lightweight and packable. When the thermometer drops, the EtherLightXT Extreme jacket with a value of 6.2 (women's 6.3) ASTM R will cushion and insulate you from cold hard bumps and irregularities beneath.
