Specification
Sherpa can warm you without making the jacket look inflated. Vintage Industries Hudson combines it with heavy satin that resists wind and damp. The shorter straight cut with rib-knit cuffs and hem closes the jacket at the edges, so warmth does not escape. The detachable hood extends its use to rainy days.
Sherpa lining
The dense sherpa inside keeps warmth close to the body and gives the piece its characteristic volume. It is soft to the touch, warms up quickly and on a cold morning replaces another layer of clothing.
Heavy satin
The satin weave gives the fabric a smooth, softly lustrous surface together with high density, so the material keeps its shape and resists abrasion. It feels kinder to the touch than coarse canvas, yet gives nothing away in durability.
