A parka for the transitional season has to resist rain and wind without being hot. Vintage Industries Brent manages that thanks to heavy satin with a 5,000 mm membrane and 3,000 g/m² breathability. The padding is recycled material with GRS certification, rib-knit cuffs close the sleeves, and the chest and front pockets are practically placed.

Waterproofing and breathability

The water column handles the rain that catches you on the way from the car as well as on a full-day hike, and the breathability moves moisture outwards so you do not overheat under the layer. It is the combination you appreciate in transitional weather, when drizzle and sunshine alternate through the day.

Insulation

The padding holds warmth even at low temperatures, yet does not restrict movement and leaves room for a sweatshirt underneath. Standing still in the cold it warms just as reliably as when walking, so you do not have to take the jacket off every time the pace changes.
