Shorts with a clean line also work where cargo would look too much like workwear. Vintage Industries Rowing has a regular length, a regular fit and cotton broken twill that keeps its shape. The two side pockets are big enough for a phone and a wallet. Simple shorts you can wear on holiday and out for lunch in town.
Hard-wearing cotton canvas
Dense, heavyweight cotton fabric takes rough treatment — leaning against a wall, working with tools and a rucksack on your back. It is firm at first, then softens after a few washes and adapts to your build.
Regular fit
Regular fit is the safe choice — not clingy, but not baggy either. It suits most builds and leaves enough room for a thinner layer underneath.
